I, Lester Torres, am a Board-Certified Hypnotherapist via the American Hypnosis Association, an NLP-Informed coach, and have many specialties using hypnosis, I am also a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist via ISSA, and an Energetic Healing Practitioner. While I offer services that promote personal growth and well-being, I am not a licensed medical doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, or counselor. My services are intended to complement, not replace, any medical or psychological treatment you may be receiving.
